TXADE was founded to bring clarity, compassion, and trusted guidance to Texans navigating complex benefit systems such as Medicare and Medicaid.
After years of working directly with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families, we saw how overwhelming the process can be — and how often people are left without the support they need.
Today, TXADE exists to provide clear, patient, and trustworthy guidance so individuals can make informed decisions with confidence and dignity.
Dianna and Cesar Lemus are a husband-and-wife team, business owners, and parents who are deeply rooted in their Texas community. Together, they are raising their three boys and understand firsthand the importance of family, stability, and having someone you can trust when life feels uncertain.
When they’re not working, you’ll likely find them spending time outdoors, traveling in their RV, cheering on their kids at sports events, or simply enjoying time together as a family. Those everyday moments are what keep them grounded — and remind them why their work matters.
Through years of working closely with families, Dianna and Cesar have sat at countless kitchen tables, listening to stories of confusion, stress, and uncertainty around healthcare and benefits. They’ve seen how overwhelming the process can feel, especially for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers who are already carrying so much.
TXADE was created from a shared desire to be a steady, trustworthy presence in those moments — to walk alongside people with patience, clarity, and care.
For them, this work is more than what they do. It’s a reflection of who they are — a commitment to serving others, strengthening families, and building a more connected community across Texas.

We envision a system where programs like Medicare, Medicaid long-term care, and Extra Help are understandable, accessible, and within reach for the people who need them most.

Whether it’s applying for Medicaid, understanding Medicare options, or planning for long-term care, no one should have to figure it out alone.

Where people are met with clarity instead of confusion, and guidance is given with compassion, not pressure.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
